1. How does your order process work?
The most important thing to remember is you are in control of the order process throughout; you don’t have to pay until you are 100% ready and happy to go ahead. Here’s how it works:
1. Place your order via our website, email or telephone. Tell us if you have any special delivery instructions.
2. We will then check your order to make sure it is correct and we haven’t missed anything or an item has gone out of stock.
3. In the unlikely event there are any issues we will either email or call you.
4. Once you are 100% satisfied we will ask for payment either by bank transfer or card payment.
5. We will then dispatch by next day courier within 3 working days or sooner.
6. We’re here to help! Just contact us, we want you to be happy so you come back again and again.
2. What is the minimum order and carriage paid?

Your first order must be a minimum value of £180 + VAT. Orders of £180 + VAT or more are supplied carriage paid.
3. Are your earrings Hypo-Allergenic?

Yes all our designs are nickel free and hypo-allergenic, we are pleased to say we have never had a complaint
4. Where are your products made?

We carry out some manufacturing in the UK but most products are made in China to our own designs, the Swarovski crystal comes from Austria.
5. How long are your Chains?

The chains are mostly 16 inches long with a 2 inch extension
6. What is your delivery time?

You can expect us to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
7. How is the donation made to the various charities you support?

We donate 10% of RRP directly to the charity named. This comes out of the trade price that we charge so you for example an item with a trade price of £5 and RRP of £12.50 we contribute £1.25 to the charity so our net receipt from this item is £5 – £1.25 = £3.75.
8. Does your price include the box?

Yes nearly everything we sell is boxed either in white Angelys boxes or green Lila boxes. If an item is supplied without a box we will say it’s supplied without a box in the description
