- All goods remain the property of Lila until they are paid for.
- Any faulty goods must be reported within 7 working days for a refund or exchange.
- If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within 7 working days, in its’ original condition and packing, for a full refund.
- If goods cannot be delivered due to a problem with the customer then a further delivery charge may be applied before delivery can be made.
- We aim to deliver within 3 working days of receipt of payment, Lila are not liable for any losses, consequential or otherwise due to failure to supply on time for whatever reason.
- At all times we aim to deal with our customers in an open and transparent manner, all the merchandise on this web-site is described to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any losses due to this mistakes but please bring them to our attention so that we can correct them.
