How to order

Throughout the ordering process you have not committed to anything until you confirm payment through Paypal (see 6 below). You don’t have to be a member to use Paypal, provided you have a valid bank or credit card anyone can use it. Paypal is a secure way of making your payments for your internet shopping, for more information click on the Paypal icon on the home page.

1. Go to the item you wish to order and click on the “add to basket” button.

2. The shopping cart will pop up showing what you have ordered, if you wish to order more than one of these items just type in the quantity in the appropriate column on the Shopping Cart.

3. If you wish to buy more items then click on the “continue shopping” button .

4. When you have finished your order you can review what you have ordered and the cost by clicking “view basket.”

At any time during the ordering process you can add or cancel items in the shopping cart.

5. When you are completely happy with your order click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. From there you will be asked if you wish to pay through your Paypal account, if you do not have an account you can still pay using Paypal with your credit card.

6. Just follow the easy steps in the payment instructions. Your order is confirmed when you have made payment through Paypal.

7. Once we've received your payment we'll send you an email confirming your order and an estimated dispatch date.

We're confident you'll find the whole transaction a very straightforward and simple process.

Our promise is that if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have bought from us you can return them within 14 days and we will refund the money for the items returned.

UK & all other EU countries.

Postage and packing is £3 per order and free for orders over £70.

USA Customers.

Postage and packing is £3.00 per order and free for orders over £70. There is no duty to pay on purchases for personal use of up to $200 in value ($200 is approximately £100). So there are no extra costs for the USA provided your order is worth less than $200.

Delivery Time

Most orders can be dispatched within 24 hours but please allow up to 5 working days after you have made payment for us to dispatch your order. If your order is urgent then contact us.
